. Aaron reached out to me and at first I decided to stick with my original agent, but my agent continued to be missing all the time. I begin the house search for myself. Who needs a realtor? I can sell it myself! Surely! Wrong! Within 24 hours, and contacts from dozens of realtors, not buyers, I knew I was in over my head. But one team stood out above the rest. From the first couple of minutes in my phone conversation with Aaron, and then SAME DAY, in person meeting with Jasmine too, I knew they were different. !! I originally wanted to do For Sale By Owner to save on the standard 6% commission. After about 3 days, I realized I was not going to reach serious buyers. When someone is seriously ready to find a new home, they use an agent. They get prequalified and agents can acess all the listings in FMLS. But what I quickly realized was that those agents working with buyers expect to be paid a commission. I was going to have to pay them to get a qualified buyer. Then, into my life comes Jasmine and Aaron!! They had done a thorough CMA on my house before even meeting me! They had done their homework on my neighborhood. They were ready to list and have an open house that weekend! And wow, am I so glad I went with them!! I was able to turn the whole process over to them and take the stress off of myself. They are so professional, personable and extremely thorough. They are geniuses at marketing the property and the open house was packed!
